Designed by Brawn Globus, Moody’s India office in Noida is a 39,500 sq. ft. workspace delivered through integrated planning, precision execution, and people-centric design.

Located at Max Square in Noida, the Moody’s India office represents a contemporary corporate workspace delivered through a tightly coordinated, end-to-end execution process. Spanning 39,500 sq. ft., the project was completed within a compressed timeline of 75 days, encompassing civil works, interiors, electrical systems, HVAC, and full furnishing integration.

Conceived as a comprehensive general contracting assignment, the project reflects a fast-track approach that balances speed with design clarity and technical coordination. From early-stage planning through final handover, the emphasis remained on streamlined workflows, precise sequencing, and minimal disruption — key to achieving delivery within a demanding schedule.

The workplace design aligns with Moody’s global office philosophy, which prioritises people-first environments that support a range of work styles. The layout accommodates collaborative zones, focused work areas, and flexible settings that respond to the evolving needs of a hybrid workforce. Transparency, natural light, and modular planning form the foundation of the spatial strategy, reinforcing inclusivity, autonomy, and ease of movement across the office.

Particular attention was given to reception areas, the main lobby, circulation corridors, and long passageways, which play a critical role in shaping first impressions and everyday interactions. These transition spaces were designed to remain open, legible, and visually connected, encouraging informal engagement while ensuring efficient circulation throughout the floor plate. The result is a workspace that feels both structured and accessible.

Material selection and detailing across the office are restrained and functional, supporting durability and long-term performance while maintaining visual clarity. Services integration — including HVAC, lighting, and electrical systems — was carefully coordinated to ensure seamless alignment with the interior layout, reinforcing comfort and operational efficiency.

Beyond its spatial outcomes, the project demonstrates the capacity to deliver large-scale corporate environments within accelerated timelines, without compromising execution quality or workplace performance. The completion of this office underscores a growing confidence among global organisations in India’s ability to deliver complex corporate interiors that meet international standards of design, efficiency, and execution.

At its core, the Moody’s Noida office is a study in coordination and clarity — where integrated planning, disciplined execution, and user-focused design come together to create a contemporary workplace suited to today’s organisational needs.
