Crafted to cater to a diverse clientele of urban professionals, the building offers a range of office spaces catering to varying business needs, accommodating individuals as well as teams of over twenty. Strategically planned with accessibility in mind, the service core occupies a central position, ensuring effortless movement. Along the periphery of the rectangular planform, the working spaces bask in abundant natural light and invigorating ventilation, enhancing productivity throughout the day. As one enters, the library beckons, strategically positioned towards Rajeev Chowk, its gaze fixed upon the tricolour flag, serving as a constant reminder of the legacy that permeates the surroundings while framing captivating vistas of the cityscape.
The bustling café, envisioned as an inviting eatery extending open arms to passersby, seamlessly integrates with the corridor, inviting curiosity and creating a dialogue between visitors and the vibrant atmosphere. The meticulously designed surroundings exude a thoughtful urban charm, with a signature series of columns gracing the space. Paying homage to the globe lights adorning Lutyen’s Delhi gates, these fixtures form a captivating rhythm throughout the offices, mirroring the repetitive pattern displayed by the columns. In the office washrooms, globe lights hang from the ceiling, acting as transverse punctuations within the longitudinal space, adding an element of intrigue.
