Designed for a couple and their nine-year-old son, the apartment reflects a thoughtful interplay of social and personal spaces. SAGI Architects crafted an open-plan layout, enhanced by soothing color schemes and textured finishes, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere ideal for entertaining and family living.
The open living and dining area promotes interaction and inclusivity, with mint green walls paired with a brown wallpapered accent wall setting a neutral yet dynamic canvas. Beige sofas, an olive-green accent chair, and warm veneer paneling add layers of texture, while curated art enhances the ambiance.
The adjacent kitchen, designed as a social hub, features a spacious layout with a fluted glass and metal partition that maintains openness while offering subtle privacy. The breakfast counter, crafted in neutral quartz stone with a contrasting wooden panel, doubles as a functional and aesthetic element. The dining space, accentuated by cobalt blue and grey upholstered chairs and a glossy black stone tabletop, introduces vibrant contrasts.
The master bedroom mirrors the home’s minimalist ethos with soft blues, neutral floral wallpaper, and wood tones. A sophisticated deep blue leather headboard, accented with tan leather straps, adds refinement, while a large picture window brings natural serenity into the space.
